Do I need a service fee to join experience?

We do not charge the guests any service fees.

Can I change my experience date?

Reservation confirmed by both parties cannot be changed. Only within 24 hours after you sent a booking request, you may cancel for free and reselect the appropriate date if "Local" does not confirm.

Reservation confirmed by both parties cannot be changed. Only within 24 hours after you sent a booking request, you may cancel and get a full refund if "Local" does not confirm. Is there a special case to cancel a reservation?

Force majeure factors such as heavy rain, typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters, resulting in an inability to provide an experience.

Unable to go to the destination, such as the airport is closed, riots, etc., resulting in an inability to provide an experience.

If get any accident during the experience, is there a insurance claim by "Locals"?

As a platform, Toudays will do it best that locals or operators are required to submit and verify their licenses, insurance certificates and related information towards high risked experience. Toudays is not responsible for any injury or accidents of guests during the experience. Strongly suggest that guests may check with "Locals" or purchase insurance before booking. Note: In case of emergency or if your personal safety is threatened, please contact the local police or emergency services immediately.

Can I write comment after the experience?

Toudays will send an invitation for both parties to write a comment after the experience. Please rate this journey in a sincere and objective manner, and it will be shown in profile..

What should I do if I find that the content is not as described during experience?

Communicate and ask for fixing with "Locals", so that it can be resolved in the fastest time. Secondly, you can send an inbox message of the app after experience, click on the top right corner and then report to us in detail. If serious case, you may take photos and email to support@toudays.com

What should I do if I encounter any difficulties in operation?

In general, you can easily browse the experience, communicate with the “Locals” and book instantly. If you encounter any other problems, please feel free to email us: support@toudays.com

Is there a registration fee as a "Locals"?

The registration, upload experience, and modification of experience content are all free.

What is services fee?

When someone makes a reservation, the Toudays app will charge 12% as a service fee.

What factors affect the actual income?

Regardless of the currency in which you choose to receive the payment, the exchange rate has changed between the booking date and pay date. So the actual income may be slightly adjusted. Toudays cannot tell you how much you have to pay for telegraphic transfer, and Toudays is not responsible for the fees charged by your bank or correspondent bank of telegraphic transfer. If any need, please check with your bank.

Is there any payout method?

Telegraphic transfer and Paypal are available. We can send money to more than 160 banks directly.

When will I receive the payment?

Toudays will send the total income of the previous month to the your bank on the first working day of each month. Depends on the procedures of inward/outward remittance of each bank, generally you will receive the money within 3-7 working days after the payment is sent.

How to check my income status?

When booking confirmed, the payment will be displayed in your income section. Select "Profile" in the app, then select "Income", you can inquire the current month, future months and past months of income.

How to modify the guests number, time slot and price of my experiences?

The "Calendar" function is available in the app. You can add, delete or change the date, timeslot, guests number and price of the experience. The only thing to note is that the confirmed booking cannot be changed.

Can I cancel the experience?

When you turn off the "Auto-accept" feature, you can cancel it unconditionally without penalty.

Using the app to "reject" this booking within 24 hours of the request was sent by guests.

2:

If you do not make response after 24 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Note: When both parties have accepted this booking, it cannot be cancelled. In addition, if you turn on "Auto-accept" feature, that means you will accept all booking requests and you cannot cancel in this case.

Is there a special case to cancel a confirmed booking?
